Fixed the FunkyMonkey fm billboard sign in the Trailer Park level to show the right picture

Replaced the performance test Trailer Park level with the one that works best.

Tried some different settings to see if performance could be improved on this Trailer Park level but they did not so the next update replaced this test

Today(Dec.13) I have added another level just now ! Take the road across from the transport trailer parking lot in the Trailer Park level to play it ! Did you go to the parties there ? Did you pick up the eggnog there yet ? Nuff said. Have Fun !

Did you go and see Neurological in concert at the dome ? Did you get lost at Sunny Hills resting home ?Did you see all those hidden places yet in this new level ?nuff spoilers...

some fixes this time:
- fixed some lighting problems on the Trailer Park level with cop cars that move but their lights don't
- fixed the techno song at the rainbowed partyhouse on the Trailer Park level

first try at adding the new level worked but the sound was lost for the heavy metal jingle bells song so the next update fixed that

I just added a new level to this ! Take the road by the gas station to play it ! :)

Erased some bystanders for better performance.
Streets are pretty empty of bystanders near start but gets more traffic later.
I will be working on the next level that I will connect to this level today.
