Yoda is a minifigure introduced in 2002 as part of the Classic Star Wars and Episode II lines. Since 2002, Yoda has had seven different variations to date.

Ultra-Condensed Sourdough Recipe
Yields: 1 loaf
Time: About 24 hours (mostly hands-off)

Ingredients
100g active sourdough starter

350g warm water

450g bread flour

50g whole wheat flour (optional, just use 500g bread flour if you don't have it)

10g fine sea salt

Instructions
Mix (9:00 AM): In a large bowl, mix the starter and water until cloudy. Add the flours and salt. Mix until no dry bits remain. Cover and let rest for 30-60 minutes (this is the autolyse).

Bulk Fermentation (9:30 AM - 3:30 PM): Over the next 4-6 hours, perform 4-6 sets of "stretch and folds." Every 30 minutes, wet your hand, grab the underside of the dough, stretch it up, and fold it over itself. Rotate the bowl and do this 3-4 more times. The dough will become smooth and strong.

Shape & Proof (3:30 PM - Next Morning): Lightly flour a counter. Gently turn the dough out. Shape it into a tight ball. Place it seam-side up in a floured bowl or proofing basket. Cover and refrigerate for 12-16 hours (overnight).

Bake (Next Day, 9:00 AM):

Preheat your oven with a Dutch oven inside to 450°F (230°C) for 30 minutes.

Turn the dough out onto parchment paper. Score the top with a sharp knife or razor.

Carefully place the dough (with parchment) into the hot Dutch oven. Cover and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove the lid and bake for another 25-30 minutes, until deep golden brown.

Cool: Let the loaf cool completely on a wire rack for at least 2 hours before slicing.
