-all general merchants no longer sell all variants of backpacks
-added tiered backpacks to respective tiered merchants
-balanced cost of all backpacks (no longer buying zetachrome backpacks for 600 water lol)
-updated Tread Guard and Clay Pot to have carry weight added to them, 30% each
-updated Tread Guard to have 10 MS increase while I was at it
-updated a couple sprite colors to make sense; e.g: carbide is now carbide colored
