- Hold recruit self-reviving for longer by default to give player medics more time to reach them
- Always enable skip time actions for admins regardless of CBA setting
- Allow JTACs to report targets from inside gunner/commander seat of any vehicle
- Initialize vanilla settings more reliably in pre-init environment
- For new players, show introduction hint up to ten times
- (Tanoa port) Increase fog to 5% and keep overcast forecast to 30%
