Fixed Heal crash (thanks to Celebel for the report!)

Added MagAtk, Life and Ruin scaling tooltip icons to Dispel

Dispel now deals damage after dispelling, for piercing Negate
Heal no longer applies Guard to hostiles or to allies afflicted with Itchy

Tweaks:

Heal now applies Guard instead of Regen
Cure only applies Ward if the target was Cured of a debuff
Dispel damage no longer scales with Life skill
Revive only applies Negate if the target was Revived, and the Negate falls off at the beginning of the target's next turn (instead of at the end)
