Fixed a bug with divine proclamation

fixed an error where shadow flare will not properly spawn if the enemy sephiroth is targeting despawns or dies

Hotfix, added Whisper Cannon texture that was missing

Hotfix to prevent the DS1 bar from showing up above Sephiroth's head. Oops.
