-Smooth coal can now be converted into 3 regular pieces of coal by hand.
-Renamed Blacksmith's steel gear to "Smithsteel" to differentiate it from Macrocosm's steel set.
-Steel Drum is now craftable with 16 steel bars in an anvil, its rarity is also changed to match Macrocosm's steel set. (Note: they are still obtainable via Aquatic Depths but I will remove these from the loot pool soon)
