Added an extra offset option
- Changed a setting to allow you to offset the UI by 2 lines. Now you can potentally have two extra stat lines for other mods.

Some duality and hud icon changes

- Hud offset updates instantly when picking up duality
- Icons not longer randomly change to the duality icon
- Now supports any found hud resprite mod
- Removed some leftoff debug prints

(Technically, this mod now replaces AB+'s hud sprites instead of Repentance's. This allows the mod to support more hud mods)

Various Lost and Tainted Lost fixes

- New runs and floor transitions no long apply damage
- Curse rooms don't count for damage (I cannot isolate just the door yet, so it applys to the whole room right now as a temporary fix)
- Perfection counter can no longer go above 3
