-fixed buying stock with max storage

changed the logic of "shouldbuy" from
5 arguments:
-stock is active
-amount of stocks is equal to 0
-price of stock is smaller then half of resting value
-phase is not "falling"
-value of stock is below 5

to
4 arguments:
-stock is active
-amount of stocks is equal to 0

-price of stock is smaller then half of resting value
-phase is not "falling"
OR
-value of stock is below 2

Added:
-more informations including:
-Resting Value (Average) of stock
-Minimal Value*
-maximum Value*
-duration of Phase in ticks of market
-button in menu to reset saved Max/Min value

* Min/Max value is stored from launch of the game and deleted after each closing or reseting

Published a mod for a minigame StockMarket:
-AutoTrade stock (Buys When stock is low and it's not on Falling phase, sells when stock is high and it's not on rising phase)
-shows advice BUY/SELL
-shows market phase for each stock

-AutoTrade
-Advise
-Phase
