- Removed all bulletdrop from all tanks that fire shell/bullet projectiles.

- All tanks now have functional back lighting and break lights

- Edited exhaust fumes to be placed a bit more accurately on the tanks.

- Made it so tanks can no longer take damage crashing into breakable props that don't explode. This is so that we can have fun smashing through stuff on DIPRIP maps or various breakable boxes and whatnot.
- However there are side effects to this QOL improvement; it also removes damage from colliding with other vehicles and walls but it's not like that colliding with props (those that don't explode) and running into walls dealt any damage in the original game, unlike colliding with another tank which caused squished mototanks to happen.
