Major Patch:
* Rainy has had a quality pass, blue tone has been mostly removed. Much better visibility and less heavy rainfall, many bugfixes.
* Clearly has been improved: Clouds, sun and skies have been improved, many bug fixes.
* Light Rainy now has improved skies, more fitting to how clear the weather is.
* Fogy has minor improvements to fog density.
* Thundery has a bit brighter clouds to add some contrast to the sky.
* Bugfixes on regional weather behaviour. Pripyat region should have its correct weather pattern now.
* AI changes tuned a bit better, and updated X-ray AI Vision Fix from Wool to latest version

Regional Weather have been touched up to allow for Stormy and Thundery weather to occur more often
Emissions are a bit more random in their range but on average should be similar
Reduced the max length of Clear and Cloudy Weather
Clearly lighting has been tweaked, specially during mornings and evenings, to not be incredibly bright.
AI now reacts a bit better to weather conditions, specially to the new weathers. Now you can use Foggy, Thundery and Rainy more to your sneaking advantage, as well as more cover during the night. I also included XRAY fixes from @LetsWoolgather
AI is also more affected by nighttime when spotting themselves ( AI vs AI combat )
Nighttime illuminated fog should be much darker
Corrected some weird moon trajectory issues for clear weathers (Light Rainy, Clearly)

Much better transitions (Experimental): I pretty much reworked every weather transition, cleaning up some weird bugs introduced by porting the mod to SDK in the process. Post Emission transition has been built from scratch
Rework of Emission skies and tone: Much less busy sky, smoother with more emphasis on the Vortex.
Major Improvements to Emissions at night: More visibility of the sky and clouds, so the vortex doesn't look so jarring. It also lights up a bit more of how you expect an emission at night too look, with a bit more darker blue hues.
Cloudy: Improvements to sun shine lighting through clouds
Foggy, Stormy, Thundery and Rainy: Improvements to Sky and Clouds, specially at night.
Added light to lightning strike that hits around the player.
