- NEW NORMALS: Upper Vector and Lower Vector
- Gives Decider midrange tools and another antiair to work with
- Lower Vector gets a toggle that makes it 1 frame faster, but with less block advantage
- REWORKED LENIENT DANGER:
- Lenient Dangers followup attack is now a rising kick
- This also hits 1 frame faster than the previous itteration
- This new version however is also harder to combo with and has longer endlag
- This new version also needs an air option to use.
- Fixed an animation error where Decider would grow a second arm in some animations
- Updated some UI elements for easier readability
