Final update of the mod.

Now has complete compatibility that was missing in the past.
Additionally, now has a new feature (disabled by default): Hellhounds run faster when lit on fire.

Added support for ChimiChamo's sentry buster addon.
Notes: If a jockey is assigned to both be a sentry buster and a hellhound at the same time, this mod will automatically convert the hellhound back into a sentry buster.

Also fixed a bug where the fire didn't spawn on death.
