Adds color blind support by changing the colors of the NATO allies to light blue and PACT allies to orange for greater visibility.

Changed the values for Colors ndf file for the Otan and Pact colors around line 409 through 433. The values in [ ] brackets are Red, Green, Blue, Alpha values in that order.

- Anything 'OTAN' is the player colors when playing as a NATO nation, and 'OTAN_VERT' relates to the allies colors when playing NATO.
- Anything PACT is when the player plays as a PACT nation, and PACT_ORANGE is the colors for the friendly allied PACT players.

Some design research of the division organization is included for further review as follows:

(a) Prior to 1977, the French Army had consisted only of Brigades, with no Divisional layer of command between Brigades and Corps. This policy was then reversed, with Brigades were redesignated as Divisions. However, as can be seen here, despite repeated tinkering with organizations, there was no corresponding increase in strength to accompany the change in title and these ‘divisions’ were consequently VERY weak, weaker in fact than most NATO Brigades. This situation was partially rectified in the 1984 reorganization, though French ‘divisions’ never amounted to
much more than a Brigade in real terms. Indeed, they reverted to the ‘Brigade’ designation in the 1990s.

(b) There was a shortage of AMX-10P MICVs in the early 1980s. In 1982 it was reported that there were only sufficient vehicles to equip four of the eight Armored Divisions. The remainder would therefore still be using AMX-VCI APCs.

(c) Most divisions had upgraded their SP artillery component to 155mm caliber by the 1980s, though there were some divisions still using SP 105mm pieces.

(d) The AA Platoon formed part of the divisional Artillery Regiment. It is not clear if these guns were simply intended to defend the artillery gun positions, or if they were intended to provide more general AA support to the division.

FIXED: 2K12 "Kub" (Russian: 2К12 Куб; English: 'cube') (NATO reporting name: SA-6 "Gainful") mobile surface-to-air missile system is a Soviet low to medium-level air defense system designed to protect ground forces from air attack. 2К12 is the GRAU designation of the system.

Increased effective range of missile to 4–24 km (2.5–15 miles) and an effective altitude of 50–14,000 m (164–45,931 ft). The missile weighs 599 kg (1,321 lb) and the warhead weighs 56 kg (123 lb). Top missile speed is approx. Mach 2.8. The combined propulsion system 9D16K included solid fuel rocket motor which, when burned out, forms the combustion chamber for a ramjet in a pioneering design putting this missile far ahead of its contemporaries in terms of propulsion.

FIXED: 2K22 Tunguska (Russian: 2К22 "Тунгуска") is a Soviet tracked self-propelled anti-aircraft gun armed with a surface-to-air gun and missile system. It is designed to provide day and night protection for infantry and tank regiments against low-flying aircraft, helicopters, and cruise missiles in all weather conditions.

Increased effective range of 9M311: Original missile, laser proximity fuse, range 8 kilometers (5.0 mi).
