Reverting current build change so Onslaught can be used from Pos 3 again until I think of a better buff for Pin Down.

Spear Thrust no longer usable from Pos. 4 but now moves forward 2.
Pin Down usable from Pos. 3 and 4, enemy targeting still only vs 3 and 4.
Onslaught was too good at being usable from Pos. 3, was limited to Pos 4 only.

Experimenting with changes.
