✔️ Core changes:

Replaced single-device logic with a global bot-driven broadcast system
Moved broadcast timing from player radios to AI bots themselves
Bots now broadcast independently every 15–60 minutes
(first signal always after 5 minutes)

🔊 Sound & Range:

Broadcasts now play in-world on all nearby radios,
making them audible to all players within hearing range
Removed per-player RPC logic – sound is attached to the actual radio

⚙️ Radio Requirements:

Radio must now be:

Turned on ✅
Have battery/power ✅
Not ruined ✅
➜ If powered off or ruined, it will not play or continue playing the signal

🧠 AI Filtering:

Bots only send messages if they:

Belong to allowed factions (e.g. Mercenaries, East)
Are not quest or trader AIs

Configurable via Broadcast.json in Albtrauminsel/

🌍 Location System:

Fully integrated with ExpansionLocationModule
Bot location is used to determine the radio voice set
Fallback used if no known location is found

📻 Behavior Enhancements:

All radios in inventory, hand, or placed in the world now trigger sound
No cooldown on radios – all logic handled by AI
