Added a Reset button to restore default speed instantly.

Changed parent of the UI elements to <Cont>Bottom - fix for not hiding buttons when in dialogue.

Based on feedback - added label to indicate current game speed and 2 buttons to manipulate the game time.
Moved mod code to separate, custom lua script.

Mod first release.
