Added more quick buttons for fast use

Fixed the debug messages being spammed in the console (thanks null_local)

Added the feature to save your own presets and load them whenever you want.

Fixed up a simple GUI so that you can add, edit, remove and clear death messages etc.

Changed the Q tab a little bit, to make it less cramped.

Made it so that the killfeed is invisible when you are dead.

Added the option for a cooldown text, so that you'll be able to see how much time is left until you can respawn. This, of course, comes with fancy effects..

Changed so that the mod doesn't require a default source ragdoll, or any ragdoll for that matter. This was caused by me being lazy when writing the code, and forgetting to remove ragdoll implementations. This fixes the issues with previous incompatibilities with ragdoll changing addons, such as ragmod etc etc.

TLDR; FIXES THE COMPATABILITY ISSUES WITH RAGDOLL ADDONS SUCH AS RAGMOD
