- other minor changes to how events play out

- Error Log Cleanup (down to 20-something lines now)
- More double firing event fixes
- Minor adjustments to event firing times
- Minor adjustments to weights of AI choices for events with a slight lean towards historical. This will likely be adjusted as time moves on
- Set effect to fire that changes Kings Landing to proper county/barony names after the conquest completes

- Drastic error log cleanup
- still throwing errors but no longer in the thousands of lines worth, more fixes to come as time permits
- More double firing event fixes
- No more Riverlands/Starks just spamming Harrenhal/Dragon Murder Attempts
- Added Decorated Dragon Armor to Aegon so he can be fancy
