split the layout of chapters from nightmare into it's own addon

changed the navigation so now if you press "Down" instead of skipping over "Begin" and going to "Mutations" you'll now go to "Begin" instead.

changed the menu completely so now its top to bottom (requested by @ChickenChucker96)

fixed navigation with the arrow keys (hovering over "Begin" and then pressing down arrow no longer skips over "Survival" and goes directly to "Addons")

Made the spacing between "Begin" and "Mutations" (hopefully)better, Also new preview image
