The Refugees: Fixed settlement heating being locked in The Refugees

The Arks: added a lens that lets you choose a method to generate more heatstamps
The Arks: added an ability called Autonomous Workplace to production / extraction districts that makes a district warm, but gets rid of warm bonuses and decreases productivity
The Arks: +1 deep wood deposit
The Arks: Increased productivity bonus from automaton tech by 2.5%
The Arks: Added an objective to keep The Arks above cold so that it is easier to keep track of Ark temps
The Arks: Faction abilities usage now increases used ability cost by 500 goods

Added a tech tree for The Arks scenario to upgrade factories / city productivity
Fixed the bottom left of the frostland map being blank on The Refugees
Adjusted some dilemmas and sites in both maps
Added another food settlement and got rid of a material settlement in The Refugees
Added a coal deposit to The Arks
Changed the utopia builder button to be the custom scenarios button
Got rid of none modded maps in utopia builder map selection
