Reworked Sewer into bigger version - easier to catch robbers down there.
Reworked the Bathroom Sewer access.
Reworked the lower vault.

Added an IT room where you have to start the code generation
Limited the vent paths.

added 2 openable doors to the ground floor bathrooms -> so janitor can lock them.
