Support Haste 1.5.a/b and the multiplayer mode

  • Add multiplayer mode, which triggers automatically when in a multiplayer lobby
    • While OHKO is enabled in a multiplayer match, receiving damage will take on of your lives instead of immediately ending the run.
  • Broadcast adjusted HP to other players in a multiplayer match, so they see a single segment on the health bar when spectating you.
  • Adjust overrides to healthbar UI so they don't apply when spectating other players.
