Explosions Update #2

- Finished adding new explosion noises for all sizes except the light autocannon ones.

- First attempt to add explosion noises. So far, only fragmentation grenades and light HE shells have them

Loose Ends Update #5

- Trying out new sounds for the buggy machine guns (Maxim, DS-39, SG-43) to see if they'll work better
- Revised M4 Sherman engine noises
- First attempt at making this loud mod quieter

Loose Ends Update #4

- Decreased mod file size
- Cleaned up a few voicelines for all factions' tanks
