9/24 Update
* Added three new cultures: Archein, Rim'kathay, and Belkarther
* Added new cultural tradition for the Archein: Captors and Collaborators
* Rim'kathy rulers of the Rim will always have the title of "Potentate" of Rimmen (even if their just a duke or a king, they're kinda silly like that)
* Fixed Minotaur localization issues.
* Kitsothiit can now spawn with either the new Lilmothiit COA as well as Akaviri COA
* Changed a few new traditions around, such as adding Kings of the West to Wealdish and Legalistic to the Cyro-Imga
* General county culture/faith changes to account for these new changes
* House Dres title edits to account for new Archein ruler

9/15 Update (actually working!)
-Added one new culture - the Sea Giants! The Sea Giants will spawn occasionally via rare event, but are otherwise not native to Tamriel and can only be revived at the start of a game, like Falmer and Dwemer. Rounds us out to a nice 30 cultures again.
-Added two new traditions, "Servants of the Worm King" for the Anchoriti and "Tribe Unmourned" for the Ara-Almeshini
-Total tradition revamp for many cultures, changed many around (hopefully for the better!) such as giving 'Musicial Theorists' to the Ara-Almeshini
-Prepare to March East/West Decisions for Colovia/Nibenay now available to anyone with the Imperial Legacy or Imperial Subject traditions (Thus the Men-of-Tor can!)
-Almost all cultural descriptions have been rewritten/shortened to better fit with base EK2's cultural descriptions
-New MaA art for Ogres and Giants! Thanks to Jimmywhite for permission to use his Giant art.
-Decreased Old Kothringi ethnicity spawn chance, approximately now 1 in 8
-Slight edits to the Minotaur and Giant ethnicities - Giants now spawn with big bushy Riekling eyebrows and Minotaurs can spawn with bigger horns!
-Added new clothing style for the Bendmarchers
-General county culture/faith changes across the map because I am so horribly wishy washy
-General character culture/faith changes to account for province culture/faith changes or to my own taste
-Gave Aixnieras back his silly crown I like (sorry, devs!)
-Removed some unnecessary DNA
-Added a few little extra easter egg / characters of added new characters around the map
-Removed woke

I've been getting crashes very early into the game on the previous 9/14 build, when I wasn't before in my very late testing just before I uploaded it. I had some issues with crashes but I believed I had fixed it, but now they're up again even with no other mods but this submod and EK2. No idea why yet.
I'm sorry to do this, but I'm rolling back to the last working update on Steam. Gonna get back to bugfixing tomorrow. Sorry, guys.
