- Set enemy attack and defense waiting time the same for now (5-10 minutes) because games were going just too slow
- Reduced victory points from 1200 to 1000 (the normal amount)

- Shortens enemy AI defense counterattack delay time (5-10 minutes)
- Lengthens enemy AI attack delay time (10-15 minutes)

Hopefully this fixes the mod/workshop being broken.
