Discovered a few SPAT images missing textures. Deleted and fixed spats, Fixed Scar Makers and changed their smoke screen to match scenery, Changed some enities to visibilty only to help with frame rate and make map run smoother.

NOTE: pop cap was re-updated today via scar code, but you can also goto MAP OPTIONS and select WIN CONDITIONS and choose whatever pop cap you want. But whenever Map Options under Win Conditions are set to normal. Pop cap will always be 200 by default.
