Added region art (kinda) so passages are not fucked

• Fixed Rusted Wrecks to Torrid Desert gate freezing the game.

Added:

• A gate from Garbage wastes to Badlands 2.0
  
• Rooms leading up to that gate.
  
• A gate from Badlands 2.0 to Torrid Desert.
  
• Mud in new areas to make it getting easier to that gate.
  
• A gate from Torrid Desert to Rusted Wrecks.
  
• A gate from Torrid Desert to Desolate Track.
  
• A gate from Desolate Track to Industrial Complex.
  
• Added CRS as a requirement.
  
• And like more I probably forgot about lol :3c
  
• Secret extra gates in the files for aether ridge connections

Updated Tags, and modinfo.json aswell as making downpour a dependancy :3
