Admin Tool Version 1.3.0

Added:
- permission to skip item delete confirm dialog with ALT + D
- Map overview got 2 new checkboxes to show / hide the itemnames and the children count
- implemented new Admin Command console with 6 default commands. You can easily add more commands if you want to. Check the keybinds menu for how to open it (DayZ doesn't properly localize keybinds...)
- allow deleting dead player bodies

Fixed:
- permissions for enabling ESP was not properly checked everywhere
- player list would sometimes not display players when searching

Changed:
- Toggle Cheat would log the number and not the readable name of the cheat
