- Two Ninjis in a match can now use each other's Spotlight, mutually.
- Removed a few debug and error messages

USPEC
- Decently increased initial vertical speed during ascent (14 -> 18)
- Lowered decay factor to said vertical ascent speed (.8x -> .95x)
- Increased max horizontal speed (9 -> 9.5)
- Lowered lifetime on initial hitbox (5 -> 3)

DSPECIAL
- Increased startup (12f -> 13f)
- Goes higher into the air on the first half when used in the air.
- Final hit does more damage during Super Boost (2% -> 5%)
