The slow migration to making this character more fun and satisfying to play as. Changing some things like Jab, and Down Special for a better feel rather than balance currently

I don't really play Mario tbh, but I figure we need some sort of Mario. So with Bowlers permission to reupload, and do some needed fixes. I did it. I tried to make him as close to Mario with some minor added touches. Some small things like b reversing Neutral Special or slightly moving with Back Throw, to bigger changes like changing how Side Special and Down Special work.
