Reworked Ai technology research priorities.

Re Balanced what building types the AI will spend constructing. Will Focus a bit more on Economic and Public Order buildings.

Toned down ease of making Military allies. Ai will be less likely to group around capitals and move armies around more as defensive behaviour was too high.

Reworked all the Technology research. AI will research tech better. Ai will make more Armies. Ai faction armies neighboring an allied faction Will help protect those allies regions. Ai is more aggressive overall and will attack with multiple armies. Diplomatic relations between factions improved as they will make more alliances. Re balancing of some units from factions as they were to weak. CAMPAIGN IS NOW VERY VERY ACTIVE. THERE IS WAR WAR WAR!

Armies will move 15% more on campaign map. Major settlements will have 20% better gdp.

Way more active diplomacy with factions in Peace state. Trade, Defensive, Military treaties.
