10k subs update!

thank you all for the 10k subs! Even though it has went under 10k again. And it also means this
addon has gotten around 3k collections! So that is the reason why it has went under
because of people unsubbing and adding it to their collections which i realized.
So this update has some fixes and more additions!


improvements
1 cleaned some code

2 made some planet types more rare! Such as earth-like, ice types, lava types etc.
Meaning They will not be as common in every solar system. But common types
such as gas giants, rocky, Will be more common!

3 adjusted StarField, Solar System count



fixes
1 fixed projector beam still aiming up if the user activated it,
While it was rotated or knocked over. So it now stays relative!

2 fixed the view of Stars clipping through planets, Suns,



additions
1 added IsValid checks to prevent future errors

2 added 5 more light flares for star flares that
where from CSS, hl2, and it's episodes Since gmod now
includes CSS content by default with their latest update,
Since i take source content independency with my addons pretty seriously!

3 added some more planet textures

1 removed 2 star flares that would not face the player with up or down direction
with the player's view

2 removed some star flares that was dependent on hl2 content still

update 4.0 minor fixes, tweaks

hello everyone! here is some more tweaks and minor fixes
i know i said that this would be the last update until after a while but
from playing around with it i noticed some problems that was bugging me


fixes
1 fixed moons not appearing around planets

2 added a timer to the turn off sound so it will not be affected by lag
just like the emit sound


improvements
1 decreased rare color chances a bit

update 3.9 some optimization tweaks!

hello everyone! this is just a optimization tweak update
i may not be doing anymore updates after a while and will work on other projects
but i will add some new things in my next update for this later on! so this is just some tweaks!


changes
1 nebulas will now spawn on every activation so they no longer
have a random chance! i decided to do this as some said in the comments
about not getting the nebulas like was shown


improvements
1 reduced the minimum sun count to around 10 to 50 for
optimization

2 reduced star count to around 100 to 300 for optimization

3 adjusted sun brightnes from 1 to 8 now from 5 to 10 as some
planets will commonly dark even when closer to the sun

4 adjusted sun bright distance

update 3.8 new improvements, some additions and fixes

hello everyone! yeah another update as i have been hard at work improving this
thing and trying to optimize it as well and fix some remaining issues i have with it for everybody.


changes
1 ring planets now have a random amount of 1 to 2 rings to add to the
variety of more type of ring planets as the ring planet models are
randomly selected! but be warned as you may encounter Z fighting
as the random size of the ring model ends up being in the same
spot as the other ring piece is. but. it might be kind of rare


improvements
1 adjusted random planet distances so planets will less lickely be commonly
close to each other but it's not perfect and it's still possible to encounter it.
but at least it will not be too common anymore

2 adjusted the random pos for the spread of planets, stars, suns, ect
for the planet sun rotation distance

3 adjusted star sizes as they where kind of too tiny to see out in the distance

4 decreased color randomization chance for rare colors just a little


additions
1 added a freezing mechanism for when the projector is activated!
it will stay frozen in place until it's turned back off to prevent
players from moving it accidentally!
