Fixed Very Large Kingdom Size Belief numbering

Figured out how to increase the kingdom size without opinion penalty by adding more beliefs.

After more testing the negative opinion returns after 26 mortals are in the kingdom. I updated the description until I can figure out how to increase this number.

Fixed Kingdom Size issues that were appearing after I tested it with my main save.
