- Replaced all APHE class projectiles with regular AP with a higher amount of spalling on impact

> Panzer 4 D sight has fully historical ranging functionality, in order to switch to HE ranging you must scroll up until you flip the ranging drum

- Remade Periscope M4 (Gunner 1x periscope for M4A3/4)

- Remade Periscope M10G/F/P (Gunner 1x-6x periscope for M24/M4A3E2, M4A3E8 and M26 respectively)

- Fixed Bofors projectiles dealing no damage

- Fixed Tiger E camo

- Fixed M4A3E8 track textures

- Reduced halftrack HP to 1000 from 1800 (allows for 1 shot kill from high caliber HE)

- Reduced open topped tanks health to 1500-2000 HP (Larger medium based tanks like Achilles get the latter amount of HP)
> The health of oppen topped tanks in vanilla is seemingly disorganized (M18 has 1500 HP, M10 has 3000 HP, Marder has 1800 HP, etc)

- Set HEAT rounds to show HE VFX/SFX Instead of AP when hitting some surfaces

- Added 20mm and 40mm explosion & flyby sound cues

> In reality, PaK gunsights have no range marks and the distance would be set in the elevation knob. Since that's not possible in game, these type of sights come with the range marks stamped on top

> From 15% to 5% on 88mm APHE class blast waves, 3.5% for wet storage ammo racks
> From 13% to 2% on 75mm APHE class blast waves, 1.5% for wet storage ammo racks
> From 9% to 1.5% on 40mm APHE class blast waves, 1% for wet storage ammo racks
> From 5% to 1% on 20mm APHE class blast waves, 0.6% for wet storage ammo racks
> In vanilla there was no difference on ammo fire chance for regular and wet storage

- Increased ammo fire chances:
> From 0.5% to 2% for spall fragments, 1.5% for wet storage ammo

- Added wheel component for armored cars (15s repair time each)
> Wheels connected to the transmission (those that actually turn when steering) will need a full repair before being able to move again, while other wheels don't need to be 100% repaired

- Added realistic drag curve for M2 .50 cal on tanks

- Added missing flyby sound cue for M2 .50 cal bullets
