Major Balance Changes

Bug Fixes
- Gave Troop CO, SGT and the SFC the missing IFAKs
- Need to make a new Troop for this (Sorry!)

Firearms
- All guns stats are now fixed and balanced slightly.
- The default aiming speed and rate of fire are now reduced but achievable via doctrine, this is to promote progression.
- The performance is still above average, much better than fully upgraded Rangers.

Doctrine 2.0
- Reworked, useless doctrine removed
- Unit Level capped at 43, the total amount of points needed
- 1 Doctrine point per level, instead of 2
Killing House General Drills -> Killing House Drills (2 levels)
- Increases all aspects of CQB, speed, RoF, accuracy slightly
- Unlocks the rest of the CQB related doctrines
Shortstocking
- Moved to Gunfighter
- Requires Killing House Drills
Double Taps
- Now working as intended
- Requires Shortstocking
Killing House Speed Drills -> Bill Drills
- Increases rate of fire of all guns dramatically
- Requires Killing House Drills
Shoot-No Shoot Drills
- Increases aiming speed and accuracy
- Requires Bill Drills
Speed, Aggression
- Moved to Tradecraft
*NEW* CCPs (2 levels)
- Reduces the chances of KIAs in campaigns
SFM Care
- Moved to Who Dares Wins
- LVL 5 requirement
Violence of Action -> *NEW* The Blokes
- LVL 10 requirement
- Gives leadership aura to Troop CO, Troop SGT and Patrol Leads
- Removes suppression effects and increases accuracy slightly applied

The balancing part is now done. Next update will be model fixes and new fun tools.

Table Of Organisation & Equipment
- Starter equipment changed significantly, operators now come with equipment that is standard issue in real-life

- Access to AFAK and MFAK
Alpha callsigns
- Now carry Crowbars by default, in Supportgear3 slot (invisible slot)
Bravo callsigns
- No longer role defined, they are simply Assaulters for the time being.
- Given Feet of Steel trait, meaning they can kick locked doors, similar to but noisier and time consuming.
Charlie callsigns
- Role changed to Patrol Medics, they carry medical equipment.
- Given Feet of Steel trait, meaning they can kick locked doors, similar to but noisier and time consuming.
Delta callsigns
- Given Crowbars for default breach

A lot of new equipment
- Firearms (L119A2, L403A1, L110A2, L2A1, SIG MCX Rattler)
- Plate Carriers (A lot of variations of realistic choices)
- New NVGs

Fixed the Crowbar issue. Every unit has access to them.

For now, it's stuck on SupportGear until I manage to make it SupportGear3 (That part still needs work). Has no movement penalties, so should be no issue getting one.

Every Trooper is given their real-life (speculated) callsigns.
Troop CO -> 0A (Zero-Alpha)
Troop SGT -> 0B (Zero-Bravo)
Troop SFC -> 56 (Five-Six)
Troop SFM -> 52 (Five-Two)
Patrol Leaders -> A
Patrol Machine Gunners ->B
Patrol Marksman -> C
Patrol Demolitions -> D
Each Patrol's number is added as prefix, to determine their full callsign, e.g 1A, 2B, 3C etc.
In the coming updates, the class icon maybe changed to the callsigns instead.

Doctrines Updated
- Room Clearing Drills replaced with Killing House General Drills
- Short Range Aim Speed with Killing House Speed Drills
These 2 doctrine updates should increase reaction speed to exceptional levels.

The 3 round burst changed to 2 round double taps.
- Double Taps Execution
Changed to fit Double Taps doctrine.
- Descriptions changed for the new doctrine.
