For optional use in the Dominions Reworked Modpack. Items Reworked rebalances items, making many of the low level items much cheaper and easier to craft to make ALL items useful. All armor pieces add more HP as well, so now if you spend enough gems on gear even a human can be a decent thug. Also adds many dummied out items from the game, and adds the + elemental size buff to many thematic items. This item also lowers weaker artifacts to level 7, 5 and 3 in crafting, so whoever gets that research can sometimes snag a powerful artifact.
