Fixed end victory condition.
Added extra idle animations.
Added extra routines for full alert state.
Kommandant now counts as assassinated when exploded into tiny bits.

Replaced Lorraine APC with unarmed truck.
Added extra foot patrol.
Added extra routes for backup troops
Added partial escapes/evacuation of prisoners. Units may escape one at a time.
Fixed bonus enemy backup truck.
Fixed loss conditions during evacuation.
