Replaced StartRound and EndRound harmony patches with roundStart and roundEnd lua hooks

Added Proximity Detector
If it detects something: F3, dumptofile, run

Removed bottom gap from the list so now it should fit all buttons perfectly without gaps

Made list ignore text height so it doesn't resize to it

"fixed" compatibility with other GUI mods
Made UI size relative to screen height
Looks great on my machine xd
