FreeCameraControl v1.6.0 - Now using a better method of determining if the scene has changed, in order to reset the camera position.

v1.5.0

- Fixed a regression where any player could control the camera. Will now work correctly with only the player who toggled the camera controls being able to move the camera.
- The camera position will be reset back to the default when changing scenes. For example leaving a restaurant will reset the HQ camera back to center.

- Camera can now be controlled with keyboard and mouse.
- Pan and Zoom speed can now be configured in the preference menu.
- Pan and Zoom speed is no longer frame rate dependent.
