[LASER FOR MECHA HALE SWEP UPDATE]

-added laser swep for mecha hale

-added a simple autorun script that can detect if player is mecha hale if true then wait for 70 seconds then give the swep for mecha hale

[GARGOYLE UPDATE]

-gargoyle can now spawn when player is hell hale and the gargoyle spawning can be deactivated or activated by this command tf_gargoyle_spawning 1 on by default and tf_gargoyle_spawning 0 means its deactivated

-fixed that old glitch were particle effects continue to persist after player death now it don't do that no more

-fixed a MAJOR issue when saxtons aura effects are errors this was caused by mecha saxtons aura effects so i removed and revamped the aura effect

-added rare inspect animation weapon for mecha hale

-added same skin script as mecha saxton
