Massive rebuild. See description for full main tree changes. Lost of changes to XCOM row as well.

Psi Amp needing to go in Pistol slot solved, you now have a special slot just for psi amp. Pistol slot removed.

Units still won't default to having at least a basic amp auto equipped in the special slot until I can figure out what # is assigned to the special slot so I can set it up in the equipment default file.

Adding Shield Bash at squaddie since Templar Shield has no innate melee attack unlike ballistic shield. This will make Spartan Training a more tempting choice since you will be able to do turn ending shield attacks while Run and Slice is on cooldown. Also added/changed some xcom row perks.

Shotgun Wedding swapped to a new version from Merist's perk pack since standard Shotgun Wedding had issues like letting you shoot through solid walls.

Massive changes to tree for nerfs/reworks. See description for updated main tree. Some changes to xcom rows due to perks from it moving to main tree.

Added a big message to inform people of the need to put a psi amp/psi underlay in the pistol slot in description.

At some point I will attempt to add configs to use Zelfana's Damage Patcher mod to make abilities whose damage scales based on psi amp shift to looking at Templar Shield instead to determine tier based values. But I'm stupid and only know how to do basic class modding so that will come once I have both time and someone who knows how to assist me.

Small balance patch/tweaks.

Hardened Shields and Might When Struck swapped because early game Hardened Shields combined with all the ablative you can stack from Soul Steal + One for All made the tank build functionally unable to be hurt at early force levels even if you pulled and tanked the whole map. Most enemies at that point are maxing out at 4-6 damage and grazing most of their shots so 2-3 damage hits getting further cut in half meant 1-2 damage pings to a fairly large, reusable ablative pool.

Soul Mania replaced with Soul Storm mainly because I feel it's an under used psi ability due to the fact it leaves you standing out in an area devoid of cover which isn't a problem for a class that is un-flankable. Damage is also very nice even at just tier 2 psi amp and Unscarred will scale it further if picked.
