Fixed incorrect static version names.

Swiftclaw's claws are now a single-weapon 2-attack rather than 2 separate claw attacks.
Renamed Elder Villas to Elder Halls. Now produces Earth gem instead of Death gem.
Necrologium now produces only 1 Death gem instead of 1 Death, 1 Air
--The above starting site changes will only take effect on a new game.
Reduced extra capital starting population from +20% to +10%
Increased Footdwarf and Axe Thrower RP cost back to 16.

Reduced drawsize of all Dimhall Dwarves, aligning their height more with other size 2 units.
--Please note that as of patch 6.29 there is a bug in Dominions where the province defence screen shows PD units shrinking in size. This bug affects this version of Dimhall.

Added custom sprite for the "Dwarven Hammer" and "Hammer of the Forge Lord" items. They are easier to spot among all the other hammers in the construction screen.
--This will change the look of the Dwarven Hammer for other nations too if you have the Dimhall mod enabled.

Added custom Dimhall names. I apologize in advance to dyslexics and people with poor eyesight.
--Exception: the oldest Elders have Greek and Roman names instead of Dimhall names.

Added the neckfish sacred aquatic summon.
Fixed/changed Dwarven settlement events. It now is more like a dominion effect, with a set chance depending on luck scales to increase income, resources and population in cave provinces.
Reduced extra amount of Bigjaws summoned for extra death levels of summoning mage.
Changed Master Smith: Now has guaranteed 2 earth, instead of 25% chance of 2 earth. Increased cost.
Reduced cost of Necrologist.
Reintroduced 'call of the winds'. People aren't going to be playing against AI Dimhall most likely.
