- Added 'cl_flashlight_disable_in_vehicle' convar
- Added 'cl_flashlight_disable_in_vehicle_only_driver' convar
- Fixed flashlight clipping into walls behind the player, causing it to "flicker" randomly

- Reverted an internal change that may have produced FPS lag spikes
- Added a checkbox for 'cl_flashlight_turn_off_in_vehicle' because I forgor

- Tried to fix flashlight flickering
- Fixed rotation in vehicles
- Added new ConVar, "cl_flashlight_turn_off_in_vehicle", if set to "1" your flashlight will automatically turn off when entering a vehicle (it is not forced, you can manually turn it on again inside the vehicle!)
