Added RIS Handguards for both new AKs and a sight mount for 74U
Rebalance on FAL, MP5K, L1A1, SKS and M14's recoil
Fixed Mk18, added railcovers for it and fixed sights
Remodeled M16A4 so it doesn't have railcovers, will add em as separate atts later

Reload sounds improvement for AKs, M4s and FALs
Fixed shell appearing below the shotguns (not when in ready animation, nothing worked to fix it still appearing there)
Some other tweaks
Added: AKMS, AKS-74U, M16A4, Mk18 CQBR

Known issues in this update:
Found out that FAL doesn't have a fire animation for some reason, same as L1A1
No sight attachments for AKS-74U
Mk18 CQBR sights are WIP
RIS Handguards for new AKs are WIP
