Buffs
+ Added the ability to hold FSpecial, making it easier to aim the projectile (and also makes you able to mix up the timing, so that too)
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Added some VFX and SFX to portals when warping projectiles, and SFX when disappearing
+ Fixed a bug where the hover SFX could stay looping sometimes if USpecial was cancelled in certain ways
