+NSpecial shots speed increased (8 > 10)
+NSpecial shots speed now accelerate slowly
-UThrow endlag increased (15 frames > 20 frames)
-DStrong scaling decreased (0.395 > 0.12)
~Fixed UThrow hitbox lingering after attacking until idle
~NSpecial shots should now fully pierce

-Mirror now detects if Pauline is hit
-If someone is hit by the mirror, it will now have an individual cooldown of 24 frames before it can be hit by the same opponent again
-Total damage of Dash Attack (Casual) decreased (22 > 13)
-Dash Attack (Casual) now has 23 frames of landing lag if Pauline lands a grab
-Grab endlag increased (15 frames > 21 frames)
~Mirror sounds are now a bit quiet
