Stacking Chocolate Milk
-Stacking Chocolate Milk will give the player a 25% extra damage for each extra copy when firing a tear at all charge level(500% at max charge with one extra copy, 600% with 2 copies ...)
-- Stacking Chocolate Milk will give the player damage bonus when combining extra copies with Brimstone or Technology

Stacking PHD, Virgo and Lucky Foot
- Now pocket pills will also be correctly converted to horse pills
- Now when using Mom's Bottle of Pills, the correct animation for a horse pill will be shown when having two of any of these items
