Reverted the Tzaangor, Centigor, and Cockatrice recruitment changes for now, as they broke recruitment for Kairos.

Gonna have to rip out some building chains wholesale and replace them with SFO's version to unfuck the Cabal recruitment, but that shouldn't be difficult to do, just needs a little elbow grease

Did my best to fix Cabal unit recruitment:

-Fixed duplicate Cultist/Acolyte unlocks

-Added Tzaangor, Centigor, and Cockatrice recruitment to main Cult chain*

*Note: Cabal does not get the normal recruitment building for those units, and I can't figure out how tf to give it back to them. Truth be told, I have no idea why the Cabal lacks access to so many Tzeentch buildings, it's as if they're supposed to be Tzeentchian WoC like Vilitch, not a true Tzeentch faction??

-Removed "db/building_units_allowed_tables/!cabal_change" to allow Troll recruitment at T2, Sorcerous Troll back to being T3

-Garrison changes will come eventually

Added +1 Cultist of Tzeentch capacity to T3 Cult building

Slaa'Ulaan will need some work, her mechanic UI is hella broken atm, but tbh she feels better as a midgame NPC event than a real playable faction to me anyway. Lustria is crowded with non-Lizards too much as it is imo, especially for me as I use Porkenstein's Epidemius in Lustria mod

Still facing some irl stuff so I just don't really have the capacity to work more on this right now, but the mod boots perfectly fine and campaigns launch seemingly without issue. If any game breaking issues crop up let me know and I'll prioritize fixes for them

If anyone was wondering, been going through some health stuff with my neck/shoulders which prevents me from doing my proper workflow (re: staring at the packfile in the middle of the night like the cymbal monkey in Toy Story 3), hence the lack of more than minor fixes and basic maintenance lately. Been relegated to controller only for games, leaning back and away from the screen, etc. Too much keyboard action is rough for me atm.

Gonna be going in for a second minor procedure soon though, which will hopefully help a lot and allow me to do my thing without getting a crazy headache, or locking up my back and putting me out of commission. Nothing scary, not like a surgery or anything. Just a few injections into some of the nerves in the back of my head, and hopefully another round in my neck and shoulders.
