Added an overhead notification when shoes/socks break alongside a cloth ripping sound
Added the achievement version, adding in achievements for Braven's Achievements

Changed some lua values to be local, and reformatted sockstomp code slightly.
None of the math is changed, no impact on gameplay.

Fixed stomping with socks on with no shoes calling a nil value on line #50 in sockstomp.lua
